Mentorship delivers outsized returns for both parties invested.

The dozens of executives we interviewed about mentorship
said there are numerous benefits to being a mentor:

Give back to your finance community in high-leverage ways

Learn as much as, if not more than, the student you mentor

Develop your coaching skills to become a better manager

Pay it forward and have the impact that your mentors did

We know how busy finance executives are, so we built a mentorship program that fits into your life.

Executive mentors commit to monthly 1 hour in-person meetings or video calls for 6 months. From there, the executive and student determine if they’d like to continue to invest in their relationship.

The students drive the relationship, come prepared to each meeting, and are proactive in managing your time efficiently. We also provide content and guidance to help frame your conversations.

All you have to do is show up ready to listen, coach, and teach.

If you have any questions about becoming a mentor with Scholars of Finance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
