8-week flagship program for leadership and personal development based on introspection and discussion with their SOF peers to examine their purpose, values and principles.

Industry
Introductions

6-week program catering to freshmen to receive a comprehensive overview of the finance industry and potential career paths.

Recruitment
Bootcamp

6-week program for Sophomores to develop their technical skills and secure an internship in finance with an opportunity to pitch for the Integrity Fund.

Mentorship
Network

Members gain access to a network of leaders and professionals in finance for 1:1 mentorship with the opportunity to develop long-term relationships.

Members can attend at least 6 workshops in an academic year focused on practical applications of SOF principles in finance through activities and real-world scenarios.

Members can attend at least 6 professional development events in the form of speaker series, technical workshops, or corporate partner events to learn from professionals about the industry.

4-week series aimed at empowering Juniors by providing tools and resources to excel during their junior internship and secure a full-time offer in finance after graduation.
